Disneyland’s Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor, located on Main Street, U.S.A. next to Carnation Cafe and across from Crystal Arts, is celebrating the 2024 Christmas season with a new peppermint-inspired float and a returning festive sundae.

For a limited time, guests can enjoy two seasonal offerings: the Peppermint Holiday Sundae and the Peppermint Cold Brew Float.
Peppermint Holiday Sundae
This popular sundae is sure to delight peppermint fans, featuring a rich scoop of peppermint ice cream topped with festive crumbles and served in a white chocolate waffle cone. It’s available as a standalone treat, but for those ordering via the Disneyland app, there’s the option to customize by adding a second scoop of a different flavor. However, it’s worth noting that the sundae will still carry the distinct taste of peppermint thanks to the crumbles. While the sundae is perfect for peppermint enthusiasts, its strong flavor may be too overwhelming for others. The white chocolate cone adds a nice touch, though it may not be the best pairing for colder weather.

Peppermint Cold Brew Float – $8.29
This new creation features peppermint ice cream combined with Joffrey’s Coffee™ cold brew and topped with whipped cream. While Joffrey’s coffee is typically a favorite, this year’s cold brew leaves much to be desired, with a burnt flavor that detracts from the overall experience. Although the peppermint ice cream helps to balance the taste, it’s not enough to rescue the drink. For a better coffee-and-ice cream float, guests are advised to opt for a Starbucks beverage and simply add a scoop of peppermint ice cream.
