Milwaukee, WI – La Gelati, a popular Michigan-based dessert shop, has opened its first Wisconsin location in Milwaukee. The new store, located at 5663 S. 27th St., officially launched last week, marking the family-owned franchise’s expansion into the state.
Founded in 2013 in Michigan, La Gelati has built a loyal following with its innovative menu offerings, which include a wide variety of gelato, frozen yogurt, waffles, smoothies, and pancakes. The dessert shop is known for its creative twists on classic treats, such as Ashta ice cream, crepes, boba tea, and more. In a recent social media post, La Gelati excitedly shared: “From creamy Ashta ice cream to mouthwatering crepes, waffles, boba tea, and more — your dessert dreams just came true.”
The Milwaukee store held a soft opening on November 18 and will operate daily from noon to midnight, offering customers a chance to indulge in their favorite sweet treats late into the evening.
La Gelati currently operates six locations in Michigan, all of which are situated in the suburban Detroit area. The Milwaukee expansion marks an exciting new chapter for the growing franchise.
