Carvel is expanding its menu with a new range of ice cream treats, following the enthusiasm sparked by Costco’s restocking of Biscoff products and McDonald’s limited-edition McFlurry. The iconic ice cream chain has teamed up with Biscoff, the beloved cookie brand, to introduce new offerings that bring a sweet and crunchy twist to Carvel’s classic desserts.
The new Biscoff Cookie ice cream flavor is available in both scooped and soft serve forms. The addition features a unique topping—Biscoff Carvel Crunchies, which combine Vanilla Carvel Crunchies coated in a white bonnet hard shell and mixed with crumbled Biscoff cookies.
The Biscoff Cookie soft serve blends the caramelized flavor of Biscoff cookies into Carvel’s signature Original Soft Serve, offering a creamy yet crunchy treat. Meanwhile, the scooped version includes swirls of caramel and Biscoff Carvel Crunchies, adding extra texture and flavor.
For those seeking a more indulgent experience, Carvel offers the Biscoff Cookie Shake and Biscoff Cookie Sundae Dasher. The shake mixes the new ice cream flavor with Biscoff Carvel Crunchies, while the sundae features layers of soft serve, crunchy topping, and caramel, finished with whipped cream.
Additionally, Carvel’s popular Flying Saucer and ice cream pops are getting the Biscoff twist. The Flying Saucer sandwiches Biscoff Cookie Soft Serve between Carvel’s chocolate wafers, which are rolled in Biscoff Carvel Crunchies. The ice cream pops feature the same Biscoff-infused soft serve, dipped in a white bonnet hard shell and rolled in the crunchy topping.
Carvel fans are already sharing their excitement on social media, with many expressing their approval of the new treats. One Instagram user proclaimed, “Let’s go,” while another simply commented, “The best!”
