As the first day of spring approaches, Dairy Queen is once again offering its annual Free Cone Day, giving customers a sweet way to welcome the season.
On March 20, participating Dairy Queen locations will provide guests with a free small vanilla soft-serve cone. No purchase is required, though there is a limit of one per customer.
This year, the celebration comes with an added bonus for some lucky fans. Those who sign up for DQ Rewards by March 19 will be entered for a chance to win free cones for an entire year.
In addition to Free Cone Day, Dairy Queen is also celebrating the season with a festive St. Patrick’s Day treat. The Mint Oreo Blizzard, featuring vanilla soft serve blended with Oreo cookie pieces and a cool mint topping, is now available for a limited time. The dessert’s green hue is reminiscent of McDonald’s popular Shamrock Shake and Oreo Shamrock McFlurry.
