Eiffel Waffle, a unique ice cream concept known for its bubble waffle cones, is set to make its Texas debut in Lewisville. Located at 717 Hebron Parkway, Suite 110, in the Lakepointe Towne Crossing shopping center, the shop is expected to open by late April.
Founded in 2021 by Omar Falaneh and Barra Abousalem in Downers Grove, Illinois, Eiffel Waffle has quickly grown, with six locations across Chicago. The duo reimagined the traditional ice cream cone by replacing the classic waffle with a bubble waffle, made using a special waffle press. The concept has garnered attention for its innovative approach to desserts.
Eiffel Waffle offers a menu of 24 ice cream flavors, blending both classic favorites and signature creations like the Cookie Monster, which combines cookie dough and Oreo pieces. All of the ice cream is made from all-natural ingredients and is available in cones, cups, or pints. Prices range from $4 for a small cone to $9 for specialty items, such as the Lotus Flower bubble cone, which features cinnamon ice cream, Biscoff cookies, lotus butter, and cheesecake pieces.
AJ Alramli, the franchisee bringing Eiffel Waffle to Texas, is excited to introduce the concept to the Lewisville community. “This location will differ from others as it’s a new and improved franchise, designed with everything we’ve learned from past experience,” Alramli explained. “It also stands out by offering a unique twist on the dessert industry—every item is freshly made to order.”
In addition to the ice cream, Eiffel Waffle’s menu includes over-the-top milkshakes with flavors like Fruity Pebbles and Mediterranean sea salt. The shop also offers mini pancakes, slushes, and coffee beverages, including a new latte float and affogato, which is vanilla ice cream topped with a shot of espresso.
Eiffel Waffle’s expansion into Texas is part of the company’s broader franchise growth. Future locations are also planned for California, Michigan, and Indiana, as the brand continues to bring its creative desserts to new markets.
