McDonald’s is sweetening the deal this summer with a giveaway of 10,000 classic twist cones to residents of Hong Kong. Running until September 15, the promotion is available on a first-come, first-served basis. To participate, users must have a public Instagram account, follow McDonald’s official account, and post an Instagram story featuring a twist cone using the chain’s time-limited story template. Participants should include the hashtag “#麥友藝術家” and tag @mcdonaldshk in their post.
The first 10,000 eligible entrants will receive a direct message with a QR code for a free twist cone. The code can be redeemed at McDonald’s locations across Hong Kong from September 9 to October 6, excluding select locations such as Admiralty Centre, Ocean Park, ATL Logistics Centre, Sha Tin Racecourse, Happy Valley Racecourse, Peak Galleria, and all branches within Hong Kong International Airport.
