Melt Ice Creams, a beloved local ice cream shop, is set to expand its presence in Fort Worth with a new location in downtown, slated to open in early 2025. This fifth outlet will be situated at 700 Main St., just steps away from the Fort Worth Convention Center, catering to both locals and visitors.
Founder Kari Crowe-Seher expressed her excitement about reintroducing Melt to the downtown area, stating, “I am thrilled to bring Melt back to the downtown Fort Worth community! We’re super excited to be close to all of the action at the Fort Worth Convention Center and to be part of the downtown scene once again.”
Since its inception in Fort Worth’s Near Southside in 2014, Melt Ice Creams has cultivated a loyal customer base. Over the past decade, Crowe-Seher has successfully opened three additional locations, including shops in Dallas and Willow Park.
Melt is renowned for its small-batch, limited-edition ice creams, which are also available at Central Markets, Whole Foods, and various events across the metroplex. The new downtown location aims to provide the classic Melt experience, adding a vibrant pop of yellow to the community.
