Turkey Hill Dairy is adding two exciting new ice cream flavors to its summer lineup, drawing inspiration from the iconic Barbie brand. The new offerings—Strawberry Marshmallow and Frosted Cupcake—were announced on July 24, just one year after the release of the blockbuster Barbie movie. This collaboration marks a celebration of Barbie’s 65th anniversary, with the flavors reflecting the playful spirit of the beloved doll.
Revealed via a series of Instagram posts, Turkey Hill’s new ice creams feature a signature pink theme, in honor of Barbie’s timeless aesthetic. Strawberry Marshmallow offers a delightful mix of strawberry-flavored ice cream, swirled with marshmallow ribbons, all in a shade of Barbie pink. The second flavor, Frosted Cupcake, is a cupcake-flavored ice cream laced with swirls of pink icing, designed to satisfy both sweet tooths and fans of whimsical desserts.
“The Strawberry Marshmallow and Frosted Cupcake flavors combine the joy and fun that Barbie evokes with Turkey Hill’s signature farm-fresh quality,” said Brittany Smith, Turkey Hill’s marketing director. “These new ice creams bring a sense of nostalgia and celebration, perfect for making summer memories.”
The new ice creams are set to hit stores nationwide this August, available in 46-ounce cartons at major retailers including ShopRite, ACME, Giant Eagle, Weis, Wegmans, and others. Fans eager to try the new flavors can use Turkey Hill’s store locator to find the nearest retailer.
Excitement for the collaboration is already building, with food lovers eagerly anticipating the release. Social media posts promoting the new flavors have sparked a wave of enthusiasm, with many commenting on the sweet novelty of the pairing.
“Can’t wait to try these!!” one follower wrote. Another called it “THE BEST ICE CREAM/FOOD NEWS OF THE YEAR.” Several others expressed a sense of urgency, with one commenting, “STAWPPPPP when is the release?!? NEED NOW.”
With these new flavors, Turkey Hill Dairy continues to innovate and cater to consumers’ growing demand for unique, nostalgic, and fun food experiences.
