Bettendorf, IA — Toppings and More, a popular ice cream shop located at 910 Middle Road, has reopened under new ownership, bringing a fresh twist to the local dessert scene. Specializing in rolled ice cream, the shop creates this unique treat by pouring a milk base onto a freezing surface and then scraping it into rolls.
To celebrate the shop’s grand reopening, the Greater Quad Cities Hispanic Chamber of Commerce attended a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday. The new owner expressed gratitude for the community’s ongoing support. “Bettendorf is an upcoming community. It’s getting bigger, but everybody knows everybody,” she said.
In addition to rolled ice cream, Toppings and More offers a variety of other treats, including boba tea, Mexican sweet bread, and other pastries.
