Ben & Jerry’s has unveiled two exciting new ice cream flavours, expanding its range for 2025. The new offerings—Brookies & Cream Sundae and Bohemian Raspberry—are set to delight ice cream lovers across the UK.
Brookies & Cream Sundae: A Decadent Dessert Delight
The Brookies & Cream Sundae flavour combines rich brownies and cookies with creamy vanilla ice cream. It also includes brownie-style dough, golden cookie swirls, and is topped with chocolate whipped ice cream, sea salt chocolate swirls, and white ampersand chunks. This flavour is crafted using Ben & Jerry’s signature free-grazed dairy, promising a premium, ethical experience with every bite.
Bohemian Raspberry: A Tribute to Queen’s Iconic Hit
Meanwhile, Bohemian Raspberry returns as a non-dairy option to mark the 50th anniversary of Queen’s legendary song, Bohemian Rhapsody. Originally launched in 2007 after a fan suggestion, the flavour features creamy vanilla non-dairy ice cream with fudgy brownies and tangy raspberry swirls. Ben & Jerry’s has upgraded the recipe with their “new-and-improved” oat-based non-dairy base, providing a smoother, richer texture that retains all the flavour without the dairy.
João Piva, Ben & Jerry’s flavour guru, explained, “We first launched Bohemian Raspberry in 2007 after a fan reached out with the suggestion. We thought, what could be more rock ‘n’ roll than bringing this fan-favourite back to celebrate the 50th anniversary of one of the world’s most beloved songs?”
Combining Cookies & Brownies for the Ultimate Treat
On the inspiration behind Brookies & Cream Sundae, fellow flavour guru Gabby Simmons said, “Bakery mashups are the perfect sweet treat when you simply can’t choose between two of your favourites. Cookies and brownies are two of our absolute favourites, so combining them was a no-brainer.”
Both flavours will be available across the UK starting this January, with an RRP of £5.75 each.
Conclusion
Whether you’re craving a decadent cookie-brownie mashup or a dairy-free, rock-inspired treat, Ben & Jerry’s new flavours are sure to satisfy every sweet tooth this season.
