McConnell’s Fine Ice Creams, a beloved Californian brand known for its flavorful creations since 1949, is celebrating Valentine’s Day with a twist. Rather than offering traditional Valentine’s-themed treats like chocolate and heart-shaped concoctions, McConnell’s is relaunching its popular Garrison Brothers Whiskey & Pecan Praline ice cream.
This special release features a collaboration with the renowned Garrison Brothers Distillery from Hye, Texas. The ice cream is infused with Garrison Brothers’ small-batch Texas Straight Bourbon, complemented by McConnell’s signature Central Coast milk and cream. The blend of bourbon and caramelized pecans adds a rich, crunchy texture, elevating the flavor profile for a decadent experience.
The limited-edition flavor will be available starting February 14th at McConnell’s eight California scoop shops, including locations in Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, Carlsbad, and San Juan Capistrano. It can also be purchased online for $12 per pint or $6.95 per scoop at the store.
