FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – After five years of serving the Downtown Fresno community, Let’s Roll Ice Cream officially closed its doors on Sunday.
Founded in 2019, Let’s Roll Ice Cream quickly became a local favorite, offering unique frozen treats. On its final day of operation, customers gathered to enjoy their last ice cream at the shop.
Owner Jasmin Guzman explained the decision to close the storefront, saying it was time for the business to transition into a new chapter. “We were taking a new chapter in our lives, and we thought it would be best to close down the storefront in order for us to focus on that,” Guzman shared with YourCentralValley.com.
Though the physical location has closed, Let’s Roll Ice Cream will continue to operate in Fresno through catering services and by participating in community events.
