Publix has introduced its 2025 spring line of limited-edition ice cream flavors, now available in stores. The new selection, featuring eight half-gallon cartons, draws inspiration from classic desserts, according to Publix spokeswoman Lindsey Willis. The ice creams are available until supplies last, with no specific end date announced. Publix typically releases specialty flavors three times a year, including a summer edition in June and a holiday collection in September.
