Bruster’s Real Ice Cream, a beloved chain originating from the East Coast boasting over 200 outlets, recently celebrated the grand opening of its inaugural Chicago-area store.
Located at 2440 S. Eola Rd. in Aurora, the new establishment officially commenced operations in March, with a festive grand opening extravaganza held over Mother’s Day weekend. The venture represents the realization of a dream for Aurora residents Judy Kim and Tony Ford, who partnered to introduce Kim’s cherished East Coast ice cream experience to the local community, as stated in a press release from the city of Aurora.
Bruster’s prides itself on offering over 150 handcrafted recipes, ensuring a diverse selection with at least 24 flavors rotating daily, as detailed on its website.
In addition to ice cream, patrons can indulge in sherbet, sorbet, and a variety of artisan desserts.
The Aurora location welcomes guests daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., promising a delightful escape into the world of delectable frozen treats.
