Today, their daughter Bonnie leads the business, which boasts a team of eight year-round employees and an additional 28 seasonal staff members.

Bonnie’s commitment to staff development has been instrumental in propelling Glaslyn’s growth trajectory. Since assuming leadership in 2018, she has spearheaded initiatives aimed at enhancing skills, knowledge, and productivity within the team. Managers and department heads have undergone rigorous Institute of Leadership Management courses, while all food handlers receive accredited food safety training.
