Traverse City, MI – Get ready for a sweet treat and a good cause! Moose Tracks Ice Cream, in partnership with Country Fresh, will host a citywide ice cream social on Thursday, June 13th, from 11 am to 3 pm in Rotary Square.
Up to 10,000 scoops of free ice cream will be served, with Moose Tracks donating $1 to The Salvation Army of Traverse City for every scoop consumed, up to a total of $10,000.
The event will feature both Original Moose Tracks and Cherry Moose Tracks, a limited-time flavor. Special guest scoopers will include Moose Tracks representatives, the Moose Tracks company mascot Tracks, and representatives from Country Fresh and The Salvation Army.
Since 2010, Moose Tracks has hosted over 50 similar events, raising more than $500,000 for local charities across the country.
Rotary Square is located at the corner of Union and State streets, across from the U.S. Post Office in downtown Traverse City.
