Leopold’s, the iconic ice cream shop in Savannah, has been named the fourth best ice cream shop in USA Today’s Top Ten list.
In a Facebook post, Leopold’s expressed gratitude for the recognition: “We acknowledge everyone’s hard work and dedication to Leopold’s. Being recognized in the top 10 in USA Today is a grand achievement and deserves recognition.”
The list, compiled by USA Today experts, highlights ice cream shops for their use of quality, fresh ingredients, and creative flavors. Readers then voted for their favorites.
Leopold’s thanked its team and customers, stating, “We should thank our entire team for their commitment to quality and unsurpassed customer service as well as our customers who cross our threshold, order online, or purchase through our partners.”
Established in 1919, Leopold’s has been a beloved fixture in Savannah for over a century.
