Latvia-based ice cream company Food Union has unveiled a major summer campaign with the release of 55 new seasonal ice cream products, aimed at capitalizing on the warmer months across Europe. The diverse range, tailored to local preferences across six EU markets, highlights a growing trend towards healthier indulgence and lighter options.
The new lineup features low-fat, low-sugar options, vegan-friendly sorbets, and adult-themed, alcohol-flavored ice creams. Popular flavors like salted caramel and nuts remain in the mix, offering both innovative and nostalgic choices for consumers.

Estonia: Premia 40% less sugar ice cream with mango-passion filling and raspberry filling on a stick.
Latvia: Tio Vēsma wafer cups with small apple and lemon flavors, each with only 0.7% fat.
Denmark: Underground Mango-Lime ice cream with lime lemonade coating, only 50 kcal per piece, and a salty caramel ice cream cone with 151 kcal.
Additionally, adventurous options like the Premier Is ‘Astronaut Blue Raspberry’ and the Premier Is Chewis Apple ice cream with apple winegum coating are set to attract those seeking unique treats.
