Aglamesis Bros. Ice Cream and Chocolate is set to open its new Hamilton location on October 10, marking the first new store for the brand in over 50 years. President and CEO Randy Young announced that a grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 3 p.m. at the Davis Building, located at 304 Main St.
Hamilton Planning Director Lauren Nelson expressed excitement about the new addition, stating that the shop’s offerings will enhance the Main Street Business District, complementing existing small businesses and restaurants.
Dan Bates, from the Greater Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, shared his enthusiasm for the opening, noting his anticipation has only grown since the expansion was announced in July. He believes Aglamesis Bros. will positively impact the local business community.
The new Hamilton store joins Aglamesis Bros. locations on Cincinnati’s east side at 3046 Madison Road in Oakley and 9899 Montgomery Road in Montgomery.
