Ralph’s Famous Italian Ices and Ice Cream, a cherished destination for frozen desserts, is set to expand its reach with a new location in Forest Hills. The popular brand, recognized for its diverse selection of cream ices, water ices, and ice cream, will occupy a space on Austin Street near Continental Avenue, with construction slated to begin next month.
The new outlet is anticipated to celebrate its grand opening in March 2025, offering patrons over 100 flavors of frozen delights that have solidified Ralph’s reputation as a household name. This expansion represents a significant step in the company’s efforts to serve local families and ice cream enthusiasts in Queens.
Currently, Ralph’s operates four additional locations in Queens, including a newly reopened store in Astoria at 30-02 30th Street, as well as establishments in Glen Oaks, Middle Village, and Whitestone.
Founded in 1928 in Staten Island, Ralph’s has a rich history and continues to delight customers with both classic and innovative flavors throughout the region. While most Ralph’s locations typically close during the winter months, the Forest Hills store aims to become a neighborhood favorite, just in time for the warm spring season.
As the grand opening date approaches, more details regarding the event and special promotions are expected to be revealed.
