This year’s Christmas at The Ice Cream Farm in Tattenhall promises to be a family-friendly festive affair, offering a wide range of events and activities designed for all ages and budgets.
Visitors can expect exciting new flavors at the world’s largest ice cream shop, free access to Europe’s biggest indoor sand and water play area, and inclusive experiences like Santa’s Grotto and the Elves’ Workshop.
The festivities kick off on November 4, running through to Valentine’s Day 2025. As part of the celebration, anyone purchasing an entry ticket to The Ice Cream Farm will receive free access to Honeycomb Canyon, where children can enjoy interactive sand pits and water play activities.
Inside The Parlour, a refreshed menu of Cheshire Farm Ice Cream flavors will feature festive favorites such as Mince Pie, Christmas Pudding, and Chocolate Orange, along with special new additions like Brownie and Biscoffi.
Jonathan Fell, Owner and CEO of The Ice Cream Farm, emphasized the farm’s commitment to making this Christmas affordable and inclusive for all families.
“Winter at The Ice Cream Farm will focus on inclusivity for families, in terms of cost, accessibility, and age range,” Fell said. “We’re introducing free entry to Honeycomb Canyon to make a visit more affordable.”
Fell also highlighted budget-friendly events such as “Storytime with Santa” alongside traditional experiences like the annual Christmas Grotto and the Elves’ Workshop. The attraction is offering a special festive experience in Santa’s Grotto for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring a quieter, more accommodating space for families.
To top it off, The Ice Cream Drive In, located next door, will provide a relaxing setting for families with teenagers or older children home for the holidays to stop by and enjoy a sweet treat.
With these exciting new features and a focus on accessibility, The Ice Cream Farm is preparing to deliver a magical Christmas experience for visitors of all ages.
