A lawsuit filed by Lady Gaga, alongside a health inspection inquiry, has not succeeded in halting the sale of “Baby Gaga,” an ice cream made from breast milk. Despite the singer’s legal team demanding an immediate stop to the product’s distribution, a comprehensive analysis has indicated that the ice cream poses no health risks to consumers, countering previous claims made by her lawyers.
Richard Block, the food safety manager overseeing the investigation, stated, “We have now received confirmation from the laboratory that the product does not contain any dangerous bacteria or virus. Our investigation into the safety of this product now comes to an end.”
This confirmation allows the controversial treat to continue being sold, despite the high-profile nature of the lawsuit.
